How to Play Rock Paper Scissors
Best of 5. The bot learns your pattern, or play a friend on the same phone.
Rock Paper Scissors here is not a coin flip. Each match is first to three round wins, and the computer opponent keeps a record of your last 40 throws to predict what you will pick next. Rock beats scissors, scissors beats paper, paper beats rock, and a tie simply replays the round without counting toward the five dots on the scoreboard.
There are three ways to play: a straight match against the learning bot with a win-streak coin ladder, a four-stage tournament where each bot is smarter than the last, and a friend mode where two people share one phone and pick in turns. If you have ever felt that a game 'knows' you, this is where you find out how predictable you really are.

How to play, step by step
- Pick TOURNAMENT, VS COMPUTER or VS FRIEND.
- Choose a hand. Both hands shake three times, then reveal.
- A win lights a green dot, a loss a red one; ties replay without a dot.
- First to three round wins takes the match.
- Vs computer, each consecutive match win climbs the coin ladder; in the tournament, a win unlocks the next bot and a loss restarts the ladder.
Rules and scoring
- Match format: first to 3 round wins; ties do not count.
- Vs computer coins: 80, 120, 180, 260, 380, then 500 per consecutive win; a loss pays 10 and resets the streak.
- Tournament stage rewards: 60, 100, 150 and 400 coins; beating all four bots adds a trophy.
- Losing a tournament stage ends the run; RESTART LADDER starts from Rookie Raju.
- Best win streak goes to the global leaderboard; friend mode earns no coins.
Tips to score higher
- The bot counters what you usually throw after your last hand. Do the opposite of your habit.
- A quarter of bot picks are random, so one lost round does not mean your read was wrong.
- Rookie Raju is fully random; do not overthink stage 1.
- Chaalu Chacha counters your most frequent hand, so spread your throws evenly.
- RPS Guru assumes you repeat after a win and copy the winning hand after a loss. Do neither.
- The ladder pays 500 per win from a six streak onward, so a careful long run beats quick rematches.
Modes and challenges
- VS COMPUTER: best of 5 against a pattern-learning bot with a six-rung win-streak coin ladder.
- TOURNAMENT: four bots in order, Rookie Raju, Chaalu Chacha, Master Meena and RPS Guru, each with a different prediction brain.
- VS FRIEND: two players on one phone; picks are taken one after the other.
Frequently asked questions
How does the bot read my pattern?
It stores your last 40 throws, finds what you most often played after the same hand last time, and picks the move that beats it.
Why best of 5 if ties do not count?
The scoreboard has five dots and the match ends at three round wins. Ties replay without using a dot.
What happens if I lose in the tournament?
The run ends with 10 coins and you restart from stage 1. Completing all four stages awards a trophy.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Streaks and history are stored on the device; only the leaderboard peek and sharing need a connection.
